Strawberry Reaper Glazed Pork Tenderloin

 

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• 1 lb pork tenderloin
• cooking spray
• 2 tablespoons Strawberry reaper jelly
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 tablespoon minced shallots

1. Preheat oven to 500°
